  • If you are in a conservation area or subject to a tree preservation order, permission should be sought from your Local Authority before any works can be carried out.  Failure to follow this legislation can result in prosecution.
  • Any works carried out should be undertaken by a professional, qualified, approved company who comply with legislation and can assist with accurate Health & Safety advice.
